Refund and Returns Policy

1.0 OVERVIEW
The following sets out the refund and returns policy for goods and services purchased through Our Website or in person.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect this Policy.
2.0 RETURNS AND REFUNDS SPECIFIC TO PRODUCT TYPE
This section applies to goods and services purchased via Our Website and in person unless otherwise specified.
2.1 PHYSICAL PRODUCTS PURCHASED ONLINE
2.1.1 This refers to physical goods purchased via Our Website.
2.1.2 You can notify us of Your intent to cancel or return an item for any reason within 14 days of receipt by emailing returns@furtherthanyouthought.com along with Your order number. You then have 14 days to return the item.
2.1.3 We will refund the total price of the item(s) along with standard delivery costs as applicable, subject to the exceptions listed in this policy.
2.1.4 After notifying Us of Your intent to return an item, We will provide you with a returns address.
2.1.5 It is Your responsibility to return the unwanted item to Us and You are responsible for costs associated with the return.
2.1.6 You must return the item in the condition in which it was delivered.
2.1.7 Once We have received the item(s) being returned, We will issue a refund within 14 days.
2.1.8 When purchasing bespoke physical items, You agree to waive your 14 day right to cancel.
2.2 PHYSICAL PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN-PERSON
2.2.1 This refers to physical goods purchased in person.
2.2.2 You may only return a physical item purchased in-person if the item was damaged or faulty and you were not made aware of this at the time of purchase.
2.3 DIGITAL PRODUCTS
2.3.1 This refers to digital products such as training plans or other e-books and digital literature purchased via Our Website.
2.3.2 When purchasing digital products, You agree to waive your 14 day right to cancel.
2.3.3 You agree to being provided upon completion of Your order, a link for instant download of the digital product. You will also be sent an email containing a link and will have 24 hours to download the product. If You have not managed to complete your download within this window, please email sales@furtherthanyouthought.com.
2.4 SERVICE PRODUCTS
2.4.1 This refers to services such as Fitness Sessions (both face-to face or online) booked or purchased via Our Website or in person.
2.4.2 To cancel a Fitness Session purchased online via Our Website, You must email to bookings@furtherthanyouthought.com.
2.4.3 To cancel a Fitness Session booked in person, cancellations can be made in person with your Fitness Instructor or by emailing bookings@furtherthanyouthought.com.
2.4.4 Once We have received notice of cancellation, We will issue a refund of any payment made within 14 days.
2.4.5 You can cancel your Fitness Session booking up to 24 hours before the agreed start time free of charge. If You cancel Your Fitness Session booking within 24 hours of the agreed start time, or fail to turn up, You will be liable for the full cost of the Fitness Session at the price agreed at the time of booking.
2.4.6 If you are late for your Fitness Session, We will not make up for the time lost. If you are more than 20 minutes late for your Fitness Session, We will treat this as a cancellation in accordance with Section 2.3.3 of this policy.
3.0 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
3.1 INFORMATION APPLICABLE TO ALL PURCHASES
3.1.1 Proof of purchase may be required.
3.1.2 Refunds may only be requested by and will only be made to the individual who made the initial booking/purchase.
3.1.3 Refunds will be made via the same payment method at the initial payment.
3.1.4 Any additional refunds outside the terms included within this Policy will be at Our sole discretion.
3.1.5 Nothing in these terms affects Your Statutory Rights.
